What is an Internal Website?

This is a great question - we know that “internal websites” might be a new concept to some but it is something we are extremely passionate about and excited to be able to offer to Operators, like yourself.

An Internal Website is a website that only your team has access to! Meaning, someone couldn’t just google it and find it. This is significant because it allows you to build and customize a website that is easily accessibly for your team and also extremely resourceful and beneficial to your team!

Below are just a few things you can have on an internal website:

  • Time Off Request with a Form sent directly to HR to approve, address, etc.

  • A digital Employee Handbook so employees can refer back to it if and when they have questions about policies, standards, procedures, etc.

  • Employee of The Month

  • Resources for Team Members like benefits, scholarship info, discount policy, etc.

  • Development path and a process to apply for future and higher positions

  • The Organizational Chart and a place to get to know and contact the team, etc,
